Roley's On The Ridge is a stunning character restaurant located in the picturesque town of Roleystone, Western Australia. Roley's is based on authentic Australian materials such as recycled jarrah, rusty corrugated tin and enormous Woolamalloo wharfing beams.

Head chef/owner Bradley Richards presents a style of cuisine that is a unique multicultural blend of  traditional and typical fare, with a twist! Bradley, a former chef at commendatory establishments such as Lake Karrinyup Country Club and Millbrook Winery, channels his expertise into a tempting menu.
 
Recent achievements include - Gold Plate Finalist 2007, 2008, 2009 and Roley's on the Ridge is proud to gain places in three Gold Plate categories in 2010.
