Roley's is based on authentic Australian materials such as recycled jarrah, rusty corrugated tin and enormous Woolamalloo wharfing beams.

Head chef/owner Bradley Richards presents a style of cuisine that is a unique multicultural blend of  traditional and typical fare, with a twist! Bradley, a former chef at commendatory establishments such as Lake Karrinyup Country Club and Millbrook Winery, channels his expertise into a tempting menu.
 
Recent achievements include - Gold Plate Finalist 2007, 2008, 2009 and Roley's on the Ridge is proud to gain places in three Gold Plate categories in 2010.
